Determination is an essential part of success. Though determination can be a positive and powerful motivator, continuing to be determined can be incredibly difficult when we encounter obstacles and setbacks. There is only one way to succeed in anything and that is to never give up.

They say- Fall seven times, stand up eight

There was once an argument between the wind and the sun about who was stronger than the other. They argued for a long time but neither of them emerged the winner.It was not long and they spotted a man, wearing a coat, walking on the road. The man was heading for his work place.They challenged each other that they would make the man return back home

The wind volunteered to try first. It began to blow hard, raising gust of air and making it harder for the man to take a step ahead but the man clutched his coat tight around him and resumed walking with great difficulty.

The wind continued to blow even harder but the man did not stop walking ahead.Holding his coat tighter, to keep himself warm.Finally the wind was exhausted and gave up. His efforts had been futile.

It was now the turn of the sun.He looked at the man and began to gently shine upon him. The path the man was walking on seemed clear and continued walking towards his work place.The sun continued shining upon the man’s head

Soon the man was sweating profusely. Unable to bear the rising sun, he took off his coat. But continued walking ahead.The sun was still shining brightly. The man was huffing and puffing when he reached his work place.He looked up towards the sky for a second, opened his office door and entered in.

Moral of the story : If you are going through difficulty, keep going.
